MSS Welcomes First Ship, Commences New Era of Shipping in Maldives

Maldives State Shipping (MSS) has welcomed its very first vessel today (5th April), commencing the beginning of a new era of shipping in the Maldives.

The first vessel, MV. Iberian Express was welcomed with water salute as it docked at Male’ harbor.

MSS previously stated that this vessel have the capacity to carry 700 containers including reefer containers as well.

Maldives State Shipping (MSS), is a new shipping and logistics company launched in 2020, offering an extensive liner shipping service both internationally and locally.
